The Black Humanist Studies Association (BHSA) is a scholarly society devoted to advancing and promoting research and teaching on humanism in the African Diaspora.

Founded by Dr. Anthony Pinn and Dr. Christopher Cameron, we welcome students, faculty, independent scholars, and practitioners of Black humanism to join us in this effort.
